RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & MISSING ITEMS
- #1 ALL CLAIMS ARE REQUIRED WITHIN 3-DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER, WITH ONE EXCEPTION (#4).
- #2 Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns for store credit will not be charged the restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- #3 Customer has 3-days from date of delivery to make any missing items claim. To validate claims, we match actual shipment weight to a duplicated order.
- #4 Inquiries for size and colorway exchanges get approved if they are placed within 10-days of receiving the order. You will receive the same blanks in other sizes or color. Exchanges must be of equal total value.
- #5 Returns must be new, unworn, and in original packaging. We will inspect items individually to approve the condition of all returned goods.
- #6 The blanks must be returned within 2-days after our authorization, and we need to be provided with a tracking number.
- #7 Buyer is responsible for all fees associated with return or exchange shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- #8 We refuse return shipments which we did not authorize.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS CLAIM
- #9 For claims regarding defective items, we require individualized photo-proof of every damaged item as well as a photo of all damaged products together.
- #10 As every blank undergoes a quality check before being packed, we take all claims very seriously and will conduct a thorough assessment and investigation.
- #11 We only process replacements for items included in the approved claim, not for the complete order.
- #12 Approved claims are valid for refund, exchange, or store credit, and the items are required to be returned.
- #13 Returns will be refunded to your original account within 5 business days. Your bank may take 2-5 business days to process the return.
- #14 You may receive store credit for returns/defects/missing items.
