Submit your Design(s)
Once your Digital Tech Pack is complete, submit your Design through LabwearOS to receive quotation and initiate production.

Sampling
Before production starts, you can request either 3D sample or physical samples for final approval of materials, construction, fit, color, or embellishment.

Jet Set
Jet Set, the iconic skiwear brand from St. Moritz, teamed up with Labwear Studios to recreate two archival pieces—custom fit, construction, and prints—for a launch event, all within just five weeks. Labwear handled everything from pattern development to 3D sample approval in the first week. Through our agile Portugal-based supply chain, we secured fast-track production slots and delivered on time. This project highlights how Labwear enables heritage brands to move fast without compromising on quality.

Araris
Born from breakdancing roots, Araris has grown into a creative force encompassing fashion, music, and community events.
Labwear Studios provides ongoing product development support for their experimental flagship pieces—such as knitwear and custom bags—while also maintaining a streamlined system for fast restocks of blanks for their signature graphic tees, often printed live at their events. Our agility and understanding of subculture-driven fashion has made us an ideal partner in Araris’ creative journey.
Basketcase Gallery
Basketcase Gallery, the cult streetwear brand from Costa Mesa known for its goth-inspired graphics and rebellious edge, teamed up with Labwear Studios to create a standout zip-hoodie with an all-over digital cheetah print. To give it a vintage, worn-in look, the piece was mineral-dyed. The result is a hoodie that channels Basketcase’s irreverent aesthetic with premium construction and finish.
SONA CPH
SONA CPH focuses on refined, high-end basics—all in black—with sophisticated graphic details. Their goal was to achieve detailed graphic prints on dark fabrics with no noticeable texture—a challenge, since traditional methods on black often result in thick, ink-heavy finishes.
SONA CPH partnered with Labwear Studios and invested in intensive R&D, focusing on high-resolution corrosion printing. This process doesn’t add ink—it removes it—allowing for water-based CMYK screen prints that retain visual clarity while keeping the fabric’s original hand feel completely intact. The result was a product that looked refined and felt untouched, perfectly embodying SONA’s commitment to understated luxury and innovation.
Fitz
After two years of perseverance, FITZ brought their vision to life with Labwear Studios as their key production partner. Focused on understated yet premium designs, the collection included double-layer jersey zip-hoodies and inside-out constructed tees with refined embroidery and patchwork in multiple colorways. Labwear provided end-to-end support, from technical development to final production, helping turn their detailed vision into a tangible, high-quality product line.
