Our production services are here to actualize your product vision! While many other
suppliers offer only a printing service for their blanks, you can create your very own product with us.

Generally 50 pieces but depending on the complexity of your design, it can go up to 100pcs.

Because this is not a product off the shelf, we produce it specifically for you. Before we pack your garments and send them your way, all garments go through a rigorous quality check. Sometimes a few more or a few less garments pass that check, resulting in a delivery of a few more or a few less products. For orders of 50pcs, the generally accepted rate of delivery difference is 10%. For orders of >100pcs, it is 5%.

We handle your entire production for you. Over the past few years, we have built a network of the best factories which are also producing for the likes of Balenciaga, Acne Studios, and Off-White. With low quantities, you would normally not get access to these places. With us, you have easy communication, guaranteed quality, and low MOQs.

We’re specialized in working with fleece (hoodies, …), jersey (t-shirts, …), and cotton twill (jackets, caps), besides knitwear (socks, sweaters).

Yes, you can get a sample. It will be a 1:1 product of what your bulk production will look like. Like this, you can see the quality of the product and test your custom fits.

The average sample cost is about 200€. But depending on the number of screens, the size of an embroidery pattern, or developments needed, the price can go up or down.

A TECH PACK is a blueprint for a final garment. It contains all the technical specifications and design details that define your product. It helps us to understand exactly what your product should look like, and it is the reference for the quality check at the end of production.

We ask you to use our LabwearOS software as this guarantees that we have all the info we need to start on development. However, it is possible to send us your own patterns or even samples you already made. You can upload patterns directly to LabwearOS.

We can certainly help you, but as your clothes are the foundation of your brand, you should be the creator.

Take a good look at the technical drawing showing the measurements you need to take. Watch our “How to measure a garment” video.

For one sampling round, it takes about 4 weeks. If you go for another sampling round, it takes another 2-4 weeks. Afterwards, for production, the lead time is 2-6 weeks. So, from start to finish, it may take you 8-10 weeks. If you have a graphic t-shirt and skip sampling, you can also reduce your waiting time down to just 2 weeks.

The lead time starts in the moment when we receive your payment.

Yes, we have white and black colourway BLANKS on stock and try to have them always available. Other colourways can be on stock, but not with certainty. Some sizes might run out. All custom products under the PRODUCTION SERVICES segment are made-to-order and are only manufactured unless ordered.

You can buy one of our blanks in the blanks store on labwearstudios.com. We have no minimums. To get wholesale pricing, you need to have a wholesale account and be logged in.

Yes, our PRODUCTION SERVICES segment is dedicated to custom designed products. You can get a custom colourway, adapt the fit of the piece, and change up things like pockets and stitching. You can also get your graphic designs printed by us.

For the blanks, we have no minimums. Custom products under the PRODUCTION SERVICES segment have a MOQ of 50pcs.
